Swachchta Month is being observed throughout the country as a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his birth anniversary. Central Coalfields Limited is organizing a plethora of activities across its operational area to observe this occasion. Continuing its endeavors, CCL distributed 50 Swachchta Kits to 50 Auto Drivers at CCL HQ. The kits consisted of a face shield, face mask, gloves and a bottle of Sanitizers. The beneficiaries included female drivers of Pink Autos.

The drivers gathered at CCL HQ and Swachchta pledge was administered to them. Speaking on the occasion GM, CSR Shri A.K. Singh stated that under the leadership of CMD, CCL Shri P.M. Prasad company is committed towards the benefit of all the section of society. These Swachchta Kits will help Auto drivers remain protected and combat the challenges of Covid Pandemic.  The drivers expressed their gratitude to  CCL for this effort.

A cleanliness campaign is being run in the different operational areas of the company. Sanitization of different colonies and official premises is being done. Company also installed dustbins in Hatma Basti, Ranchi as a part of its endeavors and have several activities lined up for the remaining period of Swachchta month. 

The distribution was made with the help of Jharkhand Pradesh Diesel Auto association. A memento was presented to the members of this association by CCL management. Chief Manager (CSR) Shri K.A.Sunder, Shri S.S.Lal along with other employees of CCL were present on the occasion.
