Central coalfields Ltd. on Friday organized a review meeting of Rajbhasha at CCL Hqrs., Darbhanga House Ranchi. 

The review meeting of Rajbhasha was chaired by Director (Personnel), CCL Sri R.S. Mahapatro. The meeting was attended by nodal officer of different departments CCL Hqrs. along with Nodal Officer of all areas including Central Workshop. Two senior officials of Coal India- GM (Estb. & IR/Rajbhasha) Sri Dev Joyti Nayak and Asstt. Manager (Rajbhasha) Sri Rajesh Kumar Sao – who came to CCL for reviewing Rajbhasha implementation in the company. 

Chairing the meeting, Sri R.S. Mahapatro said that CCL has started preparing minutes of Union Meeting and related documents in Hindi. He further said that discussion between the management and the union representatives take place in Hindi. Sri Mahapatro advised the officials to perform their day-to-day work in Rajbhasha. 

A book was released by Sri R.S. Mahapatro, Sri Dev Joyti Nayak, Sri Rajesh Kumar Sao, Sri I.C. Mehta, GM (Q&M) and Smt. Vinita Sharma GM (Personnel) during the meeting.  The book is a translation of Hindi version of English typical word used for official correspondence. Dr. Nivedita Bannerji, Asstt. Manager (Rajbhasha) briefed about the implementation Rajbhasha in the company in detail. 

 

Sri Dev Joyti Nayak and Sri Rajesh Kumar Sao appreciated the performance of CCL in implementing Rajbhasha and urged that one should have passion with Hindi language for better result. The meeting was organized by Rajbhasha  Department of CCL.
