The particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with or, representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation or its policy or thereof-

Central Coalfields Limited is a government enterprise. One of it's business objectives is to formulate and recommend to the Coal India Limited and Central government, a national policy for conservation, development and advise the Govt. and CIL on all policy matters relating to the coal industry.

These policies are framed keeping in view the applicable provisions of the constitution, status, rules and regulations etc. There is no arrangement for consultation with the public prior to formulation of the policies.
