World Environment day was celebrated enthusiastically at CCL Hq and the operational areas.

The program at CCL Hq was attended by Shri Harsh Nath Mishra, Director (Pers), Shri B .Sairam, Director (P&P),  Shri P K Mishra, Director (Fin.), Shri Pankaj Kumar, CVO alongwith GMs/HoDs of different departments and a large number of CCL employees.

A plethora of programs ranging from distribution of saplings, jute bags, plantation by functional directors, flag hoisting etc were organised at CCL Hq and the operational areas on the occasion.

A message of Chairman CIL Shri Pramod Agrawal on environment preservation was also read by the Director (Fin.), CCL.

Winners of numerous competitions organised on the occasion of World Environment Day were also felicitated.

Everyone took a pledge for Environment preservation and Mission LIFE.
