Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (Personnel) of Eastern Coalfields Ltd(ECL) on Monday interacted with General Mangers/HODs of different departments of his secretariat after taking additional charge of Central Coalfields Ltd.  He assumed additional charge of CCL on 24th January 2020.

The post of Director(Pers) of CCL was lying vacant after Shri R.S Mahapatro joined NALCO in the same capacity on  January 1, 2020.

On taking charge Shri Ranjan had an introductory discussion with the officers of different departments. He asserted that the company could scale further heights only through efforts of the employees. He further stressed that there should be unrestricted knowledge sharing among the employees. 

Shri Ranjan is impactful leader with the ability to develop and lead efficient and highly productive workforce.
