Two Day programme on `Organization Growth of CCL through Empowerment` kicks off

Two Day programme on "Organization Growth of CCL through Empowerment" started off today at Vichar Manch, Darbhanga House, CCL, Ranchi. During the two day programme CCL employees will present paper on "Improvement Areas of CCL". Shri A K Mishra, Director (Tech/Open), CCL was the chief guest of the programme. Also, present on the occasions were GMs / HoDs and employees in large number. Organized on the initiative of CCL CMD Shri Gopal Singh, the purpose of this program is to invite suggestions for further improvement in the existing practices and policy in CCL. Also, a platform is being provided for new and young officers to present their ideas before management.
Addressing the participants and the employees present during the ceremony Chief Guest Shri A k Mishra congratulated the participants for their initiative to nominate themselves for this programme. He informed that idea of this programme was taken up by the management from one of the program of our Hon'ble PM wherein he has invited suggestion of business heads for improvement in various economic policies. He said the good and innovative ideas proposed by the participants will be implemented, once approved by the management.  Shri Mishra also appreciated HRD Department for organizing the programme.

Today Shri S C Vishwakarma, GM (Excavation), Shri R R Singh, CM (Vigilance), Shri Sanjay Singh, Sr Manager (Finance), Smt Nisha Ranjan, Deputy Manager (HR), Shri Gaurav Kumar Gupta , Assistant Manager (L&R), Md. S. Alam Dy. Manager (Washery), Sri Mukul Sharma Dy. Manager (Mining) and others  presented their suggestions and ideas. The presenters spoke on different dimensions and various aspects where the organizations need to improve and make positive changes. The scope of suggestions ranged from operation to IT initiative to human resource to scrap management to value system. The speakers used their work experience to generate suggestion 

Earlier GM (HRD) Shri G S Bhatti briefed the participants and attendees about the programme. He thanked the management for providing this platform to employees especially the young officer to come up with new and innovative ideas.
