Central Coalfields Limited(CCL) on Saturday  (17th September) celebrated Vishwakarma Puja at its headquarters, Darbhanga House and Gandhinagar Central Hospital.

S/Shri Gopal Singh, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, CCL, D K Ghosh, Director(Finance),  P K Tiwari, Director( Technical/Operations), Subir Chandra, Director(P&P), Arbind Prasad, Chief Vigilance Officer, CGMs, GMs, HODs from headquarters and large number of employees visited different puja pandals, which were put up on the premises of company.

 On the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja festival, Sri Gopal Singh extended good wishes to the employees, residents of Jharkhand and stakeholders and said that it is major festival for craftsmen and industries where this festival is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Vishwakarma. He further said that CCL and its extended families are blessed from God Vishwakarma and company is playing significant role in meeting energy requirement of the nation and initiating various welfare schemes under "Kayakalp Yognayen".  He also congratulated the organizers for putting up idols of God Vishwakarma where puja were performed by devotees.  CMD, Directors and others offered prayer in different Puja Pandals.

Idols of Vishwakarma were installed at various puja pandals. Departments like Printing Press, System, Civil, Electrical and Maintenance, Electronics, Security, Sales, Chaalak Sangh and other departments put up their own puja pandals.
