Central Coalfields Limited on Thursday organized “Apka Darbar,” at "Vichar Manch", CCL Headquarter, Ranchi in which employees and stakeholders gave their suggestions/grievances for betterment of the company. Five “suggestion boxes” were opened and discussed in the presence of Director (Personnel), CCL Sri R S Mahapatro.
Director (Personnel), Sri R S Mahapatro chaired the program and gave necessary instructions to the concerned department/concerned executive to act on the suggestions/grievances in a time-bound manner. Sri Mahapatro said that this unique initiative will help CCL to grow as an ideal organization in the long run. He encouraged the employees to come forward and share their suggestions. In the program altogether 16 suggestions/grievances were discussed.

Under the able guidance of CMD, CCL Sri Gopal Singh, CCL has been continuously working through "Kayakalp Model," which is based on "Transparency, Ethics and Philanthropic approach" towards inclusive growth. Among many welfare schemes that CCL has started, one of them is "Apka Darbar", which is to be held on last Thursday of every month. In this scheme ideas and suggestions/complains are invited through "Suggestion Box", which are opened and discussed in front of all the employees present during the "Apka Darbar." Thereafter required directions/instructions are given to the concerned department/executives for time bound action on it. This ensures complete transparency in the process which is one of the pillars of "Kayakalp Model".

Sri Gopal Prasad, GM (Administration) read out letters, which were collected from suggestion box.
