Dr. Rajiv Rathi conducts Awareness Session on Heart Related Problems at CCL, HQ

Today Dr. Rajeev Rathi Senior Cardiologist, Max Hospital, New Delhi conducted an awareness session at “Vichar Manch” CCL Headquarter, Ranchi. This session was for creating awareness and educating people regarding issues related to heart problems. Special Guest of the session Director (Personnel) Sri R.S. Mahapatro and CVO Sri Arbind Prasad were also present. 

During the session Dr. Rathi gave presentation on ‘Early Treatment to Heart Attack’ and various facts related to it. He discussed on the symptoms of heart attack, how to identify these symptoms, what should be done immediately during cardiac arrest etc. He told that people between 35-40 years of age are more prone to heart disease and during heart attack every single second counts so one must be aware of the measures that should be taken immediately. He also informed about “The Heart App” which is a kind of guide for a common man to deal with heart related problems. With the help of this app, one can identified the symptom of a heart attack and take a suitable measures accordingly. Dr Rathi said that we need to educate people regarding heart attack and create awareness in the society. At the end of the session, he also cleared doubt and queries of doctors and others on the subject. 

Director (Personnel) Sri R.S. Mahapatro thanked Dr. Rathi for this session and said that CCL will be conducting similar awareness session across its command areas. CCL has been providing health care to people in and around its command area’s since its inception. 

CVO Sri Arbind Prasad said that this session has been very informative and appreciated the contribution of Dr. Rathi in creating awareness among the people of Jharkhand since past few years.
