CCL organizes Training programme on "Intrinsically Safe Auto-cum-Manual System"

Five-day long training programme on operation and maintenance of  “Intrinsically Safe Auto-cum-Manual System”  continued for third day(8th-12th Aug,2016) at HRD, Darbhanga House, Ranchi on Wednesday. Altogether 35 employees of Central Coalfields Limited working in underground mines in different areas of the company are participating. As per the training module, designed by Electronics and Telecommunication Deptt of CCL, there is three day theoretical class as well as visit of manufacturing unit of MIMEC Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Namkum Industrial Unit, Ranchi for two days. MIMEC manufactures underground communication system related gadgets/instruments, which is being used in underground mines of CCL.
On third day, S/Sri PSL Das, GM(E&T) CCL, SC Jha, GM(HRD), S. Bakshi, Chief Manager(Pers), R K Kanshi. Sr. Manager(E&T), R K Singh, Director, MIMEC with his team members P K Sinha, Sakil Alchatar, Manoj Kumar, Miss Anupriya and others were present.
Addressing the participants, Sri PSL Das, GM(E&T) CCL said the company has started new IT initiatives, Tele monitoring,  surface and underground communication system etc and more such systems will be introduced in coming days. He further said that it is very important to know what system is being used in the company and how to use it for better productivity and safety. Sri Das requested the participants to ask questions to clear their doubts while delivering lecture on “IT Initiative and RFID”. 
In the training session, Sri R K Kanshi. Sr. Manager(E&T) also delivered lecture on “surface communication” while Sri S K Prajapati, Asstt. Manager(E&T) talked about CCTV surveillance and mobile communication. 
R K Singh, Director, MIMEC said that participants will visit manufacturing unit and interact with engineers/instructors to clear their doubts so that whenever they face any problem in their respective underground mines, they can rectify and enhance productivity of the underground mines.
